After calling Anna's the morning before our annual family Christmas shindig, I was told they were all booked up, but after explaining my situation the friendly receptionist asked around and managed to find a stylist who could squeeze me in for a trim and highlight. I arrived two hours later for my appointment and was promptly seated and offered a cold bev. The receptionist was very friendly and even remembered to ask me about my kids after I had briefly mentioned them over the phone. Taylar gave me a great cut and did a fantastic job highlighting my very short hair. I had gone natural several months ago and she helped me come back to color that looks natural, but has a lot more depth than my natural color. My mom is not a yelper, but has gotten her hair done at anna's twice and has been very pleased.
