I watched this really good french movie a while ago but can't remember the name. It's a bout a girl with black hair who grows up all alone and her gold fish keeps trying to kill it self and there is this one part of the movie where she is sitting on top of the roof listening to everyones orgasms. And when she was a kid she hated her neighbor so she cut of the TV Antena when he was watching Tv. Please help me if you know the name of this movie
