   I failed last year every class i want to start over and pay more attention in school.
   
   Can i transfer from a texas community college and move in with my parents in california and go to a community college and not have to tranfer my transcript and start over.
   
   Will this affect my financial aid please help me. I WANT TO BECOME SomeTHiNG IN LIFE AND iM determined TO DO IT

   Yes, you can apply to another college and not submit your transcript from your previous school. You can even submit it if you want because your grades from the previous school will not affect your GPA in the new school you are going to attend. When you transfer to another school completely they only transfer the course and how many credits you receive (ie Intro to Psy 101 3 credits). Your new school will not take your 0.0 GPA from the CC in Texas as schools may have different criteria for GPA.
