The 2nd and third picture of easy scan is not part of the Windows operating system and is a scam as it is asking you to buy some thing to fix errors it has detected. Do not do it.
I am assuming your lap top has Windows 7 as the installed operating system since you did not post it.
You can use the built in system recovery, a set of recovery disc made for your lap top and re install a complete new original operating system just like came on it when new it is not hard to do but if you have files, pictures etc. that you want to keep back them up on CD's or a external hard drive before doing a re install as this writes over the old operating system and every thing on the Drive C partition of the hard drive.
Would suggest you download the user guide for your lap top by model number and read the section on how to do a system recovery. Did you create the recovery disc set when prompted at the time you set up your lap top if not order them by model and serial number from http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/…
